At Nooksana, every order ships free within the United States — no minimums, no codes, no surprises at checkout.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Time Standard delivery to US addresses typically takes 6–10 business days after processing. During peak seasons or promotional periods, delivery may take slightly longer.

Order Tracking Every order includes end-to-end tracking. Use the link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your package at any time.

Address Changes Need to correct your address? Contact us through our Contact page within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to update it before the order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 days or your order has not arrived within 20 business days, reach out through our Contact page and we will investigate and make it right — with a replacement or a full refund.
